Depression or stress makes us eat more.When we are stressed our digestion gets compromised which leads to problems like colitis and heart burn.Never eat when you are involved in an activity.For example,while watching TV one doesn’t realize how much food he/she has taken .Anger ,anxiety, excitement and various other emotions make you overeat too. Eat when you are aware that you are eating.Drink a glass of water, take a deep breath and play light music to ease off depression before eating.
