Desi Indian style corn and mushroom pizza Recipe

Its Saturday and what better way to start your  weekend than with a lovely Pizza. This is the best pizza I have tried and I call it my desi version because I didn’t have thyme or rosemarry or any other ingredient which are not commonly available in India leaving beside metros.

The reason of warning above is because when I was making it I thought I will just eat one slice but I ended up eating the whole PIIIZZZZAA  :D.
Here goes the recipe
  
For 2 pizza
Cooking and preparation:-30 minutes
Ingredients:-
Half cup corn (frozen)
7-8 leaves of spinach cleaned and chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4tsp black pepper freshly ground(you can use the powder also )
Salt to taste
1tsp oregano (don’t have it? skip it  but it does add to the taste)
2tsp tomato ketchup(any)
7-8 mushrooms cleaned and sliced
2 tomatoes (peel the skin of tomatoes and chop them.No need to boil the tomatoes)
1 large onion  chopped
2 tsp. olive oil
Half cup Mozzarella cheese grated(or more depends upon you :P)
Pizza Base(I used the market one)
Method and Preparation:-
Step1- Take a pan and add 1tsp of olive oil in it.Add chopped spinach and saute it for 2-4 minutes.
Step2– Add sliced mushrooms in it and saute them till they get tender.Close the flame and keep it aside.
Step3– Take another pan and add 1tsp of oilve oil and chopped onion and minced garlic in it.Saute it for 3-4 minutes.
Step5-Add 2tsp tomato ketchup in it and the saute mushroom and spinach in it.Add half cup corn(frozen) and if tomatoes have left some water then evaporate it fully.Now close the flame .
Step6-Add half cup grated cheese and mix all the ingredients.In the end add dry oregano and mix together.
Step7-Take the pizza base and apply butter on it.
Step8-Apply the whole topping and if you want sprinkle more grated cheese .
Step9-Preheat the oven to 250°C  and then place  the pizza on an oiled tray for 10 minutes. The crust should turn golden and the toppings should start to sizzle but not burnt.

Your hot crispy pizza is ready to be served.Cut it into small or big sizes with the help of a sharp knife or a pizza cutter.Enjooyy!!!
