Today, face mists will take a natural twist. This DIY is super simple, super easy to make. All we need is the green tea that you must have been gobbling in the mornings to maintain that waist line. Not to mention, we all are aware of the multi benefits of the green tea. How they are a boon for our tummies, body, face and how differently they can be used. Remember i discussed the green tea benefits in the acne problems, for the under eye area? There are countless ways this small packet of green can cater to us, be it our body or face.

Also, with these terrible summers one thing we have and must have all the time with us is our face mists. The unbearable summer weather can take a toll on our skin and beauty routine. The shooting hot temperature can play wreck on our skin, we face problems like redden skin, breakouts, blotchiness, skin becomes irritated and dull complexion. Although, sunscreen protects us from the harmful rays but they don’t provide a protection to our skin in terms of redness, patchiness, oily skin, breakouts. Sunscreens can’t keep us cool and hydrated. For this we use face mists, don’t we? Dull skin can make us look twice our age. Ain’t nobody wants that? Absolutely not!

So, now I provide you with a natural and herbal alternative to face mists by using green tea.

Step -1  - GREEN TEA FACE MIST

Brew a fresh pot of green tea. Use tea bags and let them diffuse in a glass or a pot of boiled water.

  1. Dis is an awesome mist Shivangi 🙂 I can vouch for dat.. I have been doing this for couple of years now.. I also add ACV as I have oily skin and a bit of tea tree oil.. Works as an effective anti-acne mist as well 😉

  2. I know right, himani, adding ACV is just miraculous for the skin but I haven’t used it till now in any form. Although I am pretty well aware of its benefits. I think ACV is widely used abroad like in most of the thing 😛 is it so?
