If you have sensitive skin and are chickened out to try out new scrubs but crave for smooth skin then this one product is what you must look for.I have been using it twice a week since a month and I have had this love and hate relationship with this scrub. It costs around INR 2736 for 125 gm  on strawberry.net .I know its little high for a scrub but I wanted to try it out.

My experience with Dr.brandt Microdermabradon Body Exfoliating Cream:-

My intial first one or two usages of this product were quite nice but later on the fragrance started bothering me. It has this strong citrus mixed fragrance which I didn’t like although I am a sucker of citrus fragrance but this one completely irked me.

As far as effectiveness of the product is concerned I really liked the runny consistency of the scrub which nicely exfoliated my skin. It has fine scrub particles which never made my skin feel harsh.Product is especially suited for areas such as elbow and knees where more scrubbing is required.

If you look at the swatch below it will look like a swatch of a creamy face wash and not a scrub. I generally don’t find finer grains body scrubs to be effective but this one is different. It will certainly scrub away the first layer of the skin and help removing tan. With this, it kind of buffs the skin into a smooth state.

  1. I prefer creamy scrubs any day compared to rough scrubs.. Nice review Anamika:) I am sure d smell must be really irritating for you to reduce ratings 😉

  2. I like the idea of microdermabrasion at home. I was thinking of trying the kit from Mary Kay but that one would end up being extremely expensive with shipping & customs. I will try this one soon. Nicely reviewed Ana 🙂
