Easy Pasta and mushroom soup recipe with pictures (Indian way)

I tried this soup when I wanted to heavy descent filling meal.Mushroom tastes supers and when you add pasta in it.It becomes a whole meal in itself.It is quite easy to make it and now I have started experimenting pasta in other soups as well.Will start posting that recipes as well.

If you only want to make mushroom soup then you can remove the pasta from this soup

Preparation-5 minutes
Cooking Time-15 minutes
1 tablespoons butter
½ medium onion chopped
1 cup mushroom cut into small pieces
2 cups vegetable stock (You can use water also)
1/2cup pasta (any choice)
Salt and freshly ground pepper according to taste
Method:-

1. Melt butter in a sauce pan over medium heat. Add onions and cook till they are translucent.

2. Add mushroom and pasta in it and sauté them for 4-5 minutes.


3. Add stock or water into it and cook until pasta is cooked.

4. Add salt and pepper and simmer for 2 minutes

And I make maggie with a twist and I also make pasta with a twist(which I've been trying to perfect!) Ah!   3. Nah..not pasta. I do make noodles, rehdi wala style..lol..I love the spicy, tangy noodles..I add chilly sauce extra..Have you tried chilly sauce in Maggi..? It tastes yum if u add a bit of chilly sauce and butter to Maggi.

    • oh wow..no i havent tried it but i am love maggi and i have tried some 10 different version of it :D:D i will try this also 🙂
