I always copied my mom recipes but some how I never managed to cook as delicious as her.After year long of cooking I realized that more the gravy is cooked better will be the taste of the dish.Still I always tried my level best to cook instant dishes.
Cooking onion does take lot of time if you are making gravy.To cook onion fast add little salt or sugar while frying them in oil.This will reduce the cooking time of onion to half.
