1. First of all success can not  be achieved overnight. One has to work for it but instead of working hard you can work smarter. Just be committed and determined and you will surely lose weight.
2. Do not eat late at night. When you eat late night your body does not burn off the calories and this makes you put on lot of weight. So stop eating out heavy meals at night and shift to more health food at night.
3. Cut down on fried foods and always eat moderate quantity of food at a time.
4. Drinking a glass of grapes juice after every meal increases metabolism.
5. Do not depend upon weight loss pills. They just don’t work.
