My favorite combinations:
- 5 drops of marjoram, 3 drops of ginger and 2 drops of vetiver essential oils.
- 3 drops each of marjoram and lavender essential oils.
- Add 1 drop each clary sage, geranium and Roman chamomile.
- 2 drops each of cinnamon oil, clove oil and 1 drop of lavender oil and rose oil diluted in sweet almond oil
- 2 drops each of Peppermint, Eucalyptus and Chamomile essential oils.
Finally, put these essential oils in carrier oil and massage on the abdomen in circular motions three times daily. Follow with hot water bottle over the area if required. NEVER use essential oils directly on the area. Moreover, essential oils are very strong and must be diluted with carrier oils before use or they will cause burns. So mix with carrier oils to get best and safest results.
