I learnt pencil technique from various you tube videos and initially I did find it difficult but with little practice I am now little comfortable with it .I was practicing the eye pencil look today so thought of clicking some pictures while doing it.
This is the final look
and this is how I did it.
I first primed my eyes with Urban decay primer potion and applied loose powder on it.I generally dab tad bit of extra powder because if my eye lids are left oily then result some times comes out messy. For blending one can use a small detailing brush or a smudger brush which ever one is comfortable with.
Now with the help of the eyeliner draw line little above the crease giving it a wide “V” look as shown in the picture below. Now with the help of smudge brush I started stretching the eyeliner above.Ideally one should go from darker to the lightest .If in between when I see eyeliner fading on some area’s I darkened the area with the same eyeliner again and start blending over.I keep blending till i get my desire result. One can go lighter or darker as per their preferences in this.
I applied black eyeliner on my lower lashline and upper lashline and gave it a winged eyeliner look. After this I added bronze eyeshadow above the crease and similar looking eyeshadow on my eyelid.I didn’t use any highlighter on my brow bone and curled my lashed and applied loads of maybelline colossal volume mascara .
Filled my brows with body shop brow liner kitand I am done 🙂
There is no end to creativity with this technique and I have seen such amazing looks with this. You can check out one of look here
