Always drink at least one glass of water empty stomach early in the morning.If possible drink warm water otherwise even cold or water at normal temperature is beneficial too.
Even if you have to take any medicine empty stomach , drink at least a glass of water first and then take your medicine.This small habbit will keep you healthy and away from many diseases.
