If you are in those who just cant go the gym then start getting up early and go for a walk.Just walk and spend time in the morning.You can include it in your daily routine such as opt to buy milk ,foods and vegetables,newspaper or any thing which you may like.Slowly start increasing your walking speed .You will feel fit and will lose weight also.Of course this is an substitute so it won’t show you instant result but for a long term process this is an ideal way to lose weight.
