Many products which claims to be fat free are actually not.They are high in calories.For example if a product claims that it is low in sugar then it does not mean it is low in fat and calories as well.Get proper knowledge of all the nutrition and read the label of the package.Try to analysis the nutrition value of the product and then include it in your menu.
