Our diet plays an important role when it comes to acne. Diet which is full of saturated and processed foods will not help in clearing the skin pores. Also diet which lacks nutrients and vital vitamins increases the chances of having acne much more and even make their condition much worse.

Vitamin A, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C and E are considered vital for getting rid of acne.

  2. Totally agree that diet plays a vital role in acne. I know that eating food with high protein and carbohydrates with a low glycemic index (like legumes, whole grain breads) will help reduce acne. So to have a better skin, we should avoid food with carbohydrates with a high glycemic index, like potatoes, snacks, etc.
