Women loves to be complimented on their hair. Albeit women loves all the compliment coming their way but hair compliment is one of their favorite. Nowadays when market is full of hair product still you rarely see women with long and heavy hair. When we use all types of hair mask, conditioner ,herbal, mild and Ayurvedic shampoo then why we rarely see shiny hair? Our life style which includes more of proteins and less fats diet, pollution, tension, hectic work schedule and less maintenance time leads to thinning of hair, loosing shine and bounce.
Firstly few things should be avoided.
Frequent use of hair drier reduces the shine, makes them dry and leads to split ends.
DonÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t use chemical too often on your hair. I know it is a trend but if you want to be trendy then you should put more effort in maintaining them as well.
Bleaching and heating should be avoided as much as possible.
Smoking and alcohol should be minimized.
Here are few receipts which you can easily prepare at home. All the ingredients are easily available in the kitchen. Also you donÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t need any apparatus to make them. Best thing is home remedies have no side effects where as you never know what side effect a market product can lead you. Few things which are must for your hair. If not implemented nothing can make your hair healthy, shiny and bouncy.
Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water every day.
Have green leafy vegetables, sprouts, nuts and some amount of oil and ghee is also necessary. Having a tea spoon of ghee every day brings back the lost shine in your hair.
Regular trim your hair. It helps in avoiding split ends and helps in growth of your hair as well.
Is you have grey strands then use heena rather then hair dyes. Hair dyes leads to thinning of your hair and increases your grey area as well.
If you are a non vegetarian then eat fish.
Set up a good hair cleaning routine. Use mild or herbal shampoo rather than chemical ones.
If you follow above tips then slowly all your hair problem can be solved. Still you wish for extra shine, growth or are suffering from dandruff and hair loss then below tips can be of your help:-
For hair loss
1.Simple massage your hair with your hand after bath. This increases the blood circulation and helps in hair loss.
2.Take 2 egg yolk and beat them nicely. A spoon of henna and curd of equal amount should be added. Apply this mixture and keep it for half an hour. Wash this with a mild shampoo .If used every 15 days can solve your dandruff and hair fall problem. Also if you suffer from premature graying of hair this can be of good help.
If your hair gets oily even if you donÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t wash them then this problem can be fixed very easily. Take one spoon of vinegar(according to your hair length)mix with a glass of water.Add pinch o salt into it. Take 2 -3 spoon of this mixture and massage every week or twice a week for best result.
For shiny and bouncy hair
This is one of my favorite tip. Its simple an easily made and you donÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t forget it too. After you wash hair, rinse it with some milk and leave it as it is for 10 minutes. Then rinse it with little warm water. This simple procedure helps to bring back the softness and shine of the hair.
Also most important tip. Massage your hair with Olive oil. Olive oil solve almost all your hair problem. If used at younger age you will never suffer from problem like hair loss,shine less or thin hair. You can use according to your convenience and schedule. If you are busy in the morning then put it over night. If you plan your hair bath before taking it then do it half an hour before. Wrap your head with a warm towel. This will open your pores and oil will penetrate more. After this regime you can have your hair bath.
All the above recipes are simple and can be easily adjusted in your hectic schedule. All you need is just to take out 10 minute from your favorite TV programme or gossip session.
