Hey all beauty geeks!!! Today I am going to review Garnier Fructis Goodbye Damage Strengthening Hair Oil. How many times have you avoided oiling your hair because you are lazy to mix all the awesome hair oils you have in your cabinet?? For me, it is very very frequent. Though I keep on hoarding all the nourishing oils in the world viz. olive, coconut, almond, castor, etc, I still do not oil my hair as frequently I should. Since I have decided to pay more attention to hair care this year, I bought Garnier Fructis Goodbye Damage Strengthening Hair Oil as it claims to be a blend of three super amazing oils and promises to undo the damage to the hair.
Lets see did that really happen??

My take on Garnier Fructis Goodbye Damage Strengthening Hair Oil:
Garnier Fructis Goodbye Damage Strengthening Hair Oil comprises of three of the best oils for hair. Almond, olive and coconut and even wheat germ oil and rapeseed oil are also mentioned in the ingredients. Plus, I do not have to waste any time in mixing all the oils to apply on my hair. I have used this overnight as well as just an hour before shampooing and I love the ease and convenience of just picking the bottle and applying it quickly. Yup, I am too lazy!!!
Texture: Garnier Fructis Goodbye Damage Strengthening Hair Oil is a very light oil. The consistency is just right. It is neither very thick nor very watery. If you see in the swatch, it is not dripping at all from my arm. But at the same time it does not look too goopy or thick. I really like the consistency. Gets absorbed super quick and does not transfer any oil on your face. Yipee!!! Plus, the fragrance is just mind blowing. It is a very fresh feeling fragrance with strong traces of musk. Hope you get it!!! 😉
My experience: I have used the oil both as a hair oil and even a serum post wash. It is not a miracle hair oil. However, it has definitely improved my hair to an extent and gives a nourishing feel to my hair. Hair feels smoother and shinier. Gets removed easily. Even as a serum, it works fantastically. But of course, you need to apply just a small bit for that.
Quantity: 100 ml.
Packaging: The packaging is the thing that attracted me to it. The oil is packed in a very bright orange colored translucent bottle with an orange colored cap. It is very sturdy and does not leak. The bottle really brightens my cabinet.
What I like about Garnier Fructis Goodbye Damage Strengthening Hair Oil:
- Mix of super nourishing hair oils.
- Very lightweight texture.
- Moisturizes hair well.
- Adds shine and smoothness to the hair.
- Does not feel sticky.
- Better than an average hair oil.
- Gets absorbed super quick.
- Can also be used as a serum.
- Very affordable.
- Attractive packaging.
What I do not like about Garnier Fructis Goodbye Damage Strengthening Hair Oil:
- Not a miracle hair oil.
- You may need to apply more quantity.
Final Impression: Garnier Fructis Goodbye Damage Strengthening Hair Oil is a very decent oil for its price. I love the effect it has on my hair and the super convenience of not to blend hair oils every now and then. Works perfectly as a serum as well. Recommended!!!
