Oil benefits

Extra Virgin olive oils

Using olive oil on your hair improves the elasticity of your hair. As a result, you will see less hair breakage, which can be perceived as hair growth. The use of olive oil for hair treatments will condition and nourish your hair, causing it to glisten and shine. It reduces frizz and hair static which causes hair breakage. When using olive oil for your hair, make sure it is extra virgin oil. If the olive oil is not extra virgin, it means that it has undergone some form of chemical processing, which takes away from the quality of the oil.

Mustard Oil for hair

Mustard oil is a natural product that promotes healthy, strong, conditioned hair and causes hair growth. Mustard seeds, which mustard oil comes from, contain calcium, protein, vitamins A and E,alpha omega-3 and alpha omega-6 fatty acids. They also contain antioxidants. These components make mustard oil an effective hair growth agent. The vitamins ensure strong hair and prevent hair from falling out.

Castor Oil

The anti-bacterial and anti-fungicidal properties in Castor oil protects the scalp and hair from infections which can cause hair loss. The Omega-9 fatty acids in Castor oil also nourish the hair and prevent the scalp from drying.Rubbing Castor oil on your scalp and the roots of your hair will regenerate new hair growth within months. This will also thicken thinning hair.

Coconut Oil

What 100% coconut oil can do for your skin it can do for your hair. It softens the hair and conditions the scalp.

Sesame Oil

Sesame oil is highly nourishing, excellent for dry scalp treatment. Massaging in the scalp will control dryness and flakiness, thus, helping in hair loss prevention and promoting hair growth.
Not only does this strengthen the hair you have, but also promotes new hair growth.Split ends and hair prone to breakage and brittleness leading to excessive hair loss benefits from its replenishing and rejuvenating qualities.Stress is considered as a major factor that results in hair fall, and sesame oil’s cooling properties helps alleviate stress when massaged in scalp and on neck and shoulders.Sesame oil is known for its hair darkening qualities, hence very useful for those who suffer from pre-mature hair graying or who have plenty of gray hair.

Almond oil benefits

Almond oil nourishes and smoothens hair cuticles making hair strong and thick, it also
helps in increasing hair length.

Curry leaves, Black Pepper and Cinnamon benefits
Boiled curry leaves, black pepper powder and cinnamon powder in coconut oil, till the leaves just turn black. Massaging hair with this oil will promote hair growth and retard the graying process and preventing hair loss.

  4. I am having lots off hair fall for this reason i am using Amla oil, almond Oil, Jaswand Oil, Zharan Oil, Curry Leaves oil, castor Oil, keshranjana Oil with coconut oil .
all these oil are good effective for hair fall treatement or not.
tell me the exact recipe for above oil mixing.

  5. Great information. Although something needs to be corrected here. It says sesame oil’s ‘cooling’ properties. Sesame oil is a heating oil and that’s why used as a base for massaging formulas like Mahanarayan tail. Even sesame seeds are very hot in nature and so is the oil. Out of the above oils, only coconut oil is cooling in nature for sure, not sure about olive oil, all others are heating in nature.
