Drinking coconut water 2- 3 times a day helps in curing acidity .You can have a plateful of watermelon or cucumber every hour with this .Having both the food helps in curing acidity.

Jaggery in acidity – Take a tiny piece of jaggery (gur) every hour.Keep a tiny piece in the mouth every hour and slowly suck it till acidity reduces.
