Lack of proper sleep, stress and unhealthy food habits leads to dark circles.
1. To get rid of under eye dark circles include green leafy vegetables, fruits, milk, curd , salad ,eggs and nuts in your diet.
2. Try never to be constipated. For this eat lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Drink lukewarm water empty stomach every day and add 1tsp of honey and 1 lemon juice in it.
3. Drink 8-10 glasses of water every day.
4. Avoid oily and spicy food.
5. Soak cotton balls in fresh milk (Kacha doodh) and keep it on your eyes regularly. Milk acts as a bleaching agent and gives surprising result in dark circles problem.
