How to maintain weight when holidaying


All of us love to eat when holidaying but some women go on crash diets before going on a holiday or plan to go for it after coming back from there.Well both things do not work because if you crash diet before vacation you will starve more there and starving will make you eat what ever comes in front of you when holidaying.

It is always advisable to eat sensibly before ,during and after holidaying.Eat in moderation and don’t think you will make up for it later by exercising or through diets.Also,don’t forget to take your water bottle(thinking you can easily buy outside) and keep your self hydrated during holiday.This will also keep you active through out your vacation.

Try to involve your self in swimming,sports,walking and jogging during your holiday .You may never know but you might come back with reduce weight without much of an effort.
