How to minimize dark spots from face

Various internal as well as external disorders and diseases causes dark spots.To get rid of them proper care is needed.Below here are two herbal remedies which can be used to minimize them.

1.Take mint leaves and make a paste of it .Apply it for 20 minutes on your skin and wash it off with water.You can use this mask daily .Result will be seen with in a week.For best result use it every day for two weeks.

2.Take 3tsp curd and add 1tbsp orange peel in it.Apply it on your face and neck thoroughly and keep it for 15 minutes.Wash it off with cold water.

In addition to this one must have 8 glasses of water every day .Eat fresh fruits and vegetables and always step out home with a umbrella or a cap.Avoid sun exposure as much as possible and use sunscreen every day with minimum of SPF15 even if you are at home.
