I hate to wake up with swollen eyes .My eyes looks twice the normal size.I know this is due to excess salt intake, alcohol, lack of sleep but I as these things have become part of our lifestyle what are the ways we can overcome the problem?

  1. Try this 🙂 Cut a banana peel into square strips and refrigerate them. Whenever you feel that your eyes are dull or puffy, take two pieces, close your eyelids and place the peels over them. Relax for 10-15 minutes and you will feel a lot better 🙂

  2. Try using chilled tea bags preferably green tea bags on your eyes for 10-15 minutes. It works wonders for reducing puffiness of the eyes. Soak the tea bags in a small amount of water and then use them,in summers you can also keep them in fridge before using. Hope this helps :-))

  3. Cucumbers help…place them on your eyes for 10-15 mins and you’ll feel better. If not this, I use iced tea cubes on my eyes every 15 days, only problem is if it gets inside the eye while it is melting it can burn something fierce 🙁

    For instant relief, use cotton pad/balls soaked in chilled water or ice cubes directly.
