There are no specific home remedies for sideburns. Though you can try the general home remedies that are used to reduce facial hair. You can read about these remedies here.

But remember that home remedies need time and also very thick and dense hair cannot be removed with these remedies. Still if you want to go natural, have patience.


This is the most effective way to get rid of sideburns. But waxing on face is not for everyone. Every girl should do a patch test before getting her sideburns waxed. If you have sensitive skin, wax may cause breakouts on face. So be really careful before you take the plunge.


It is another way to hide sideburns but again it may not suit sensitive skin. Still you can try bleaches that are meant for sensitive skin. Also ver thick hair will be noticeable even after bleaching them.
Dusky girls cannot opt for this method as bleach will make their facial hair look golden that will not go with their natural skin tone.


You can also use tweezers if you have a few thick hair. Also threading is an option but it may cause uneven growth. Hair may grow back thicker.You may get it here.


It sounds gross but it is probably the simplest and most painless way to remove sideburns. But you will have to be really regular as carelessness will result in stubble like coarse growth.


This is the only way to remove sideburns completely. You will need a few sittings and the unsightly hair will be gone. Laser is especially good for girls with light skin and dark hair. LAser should be done in summers and only in a renowned and trusted clinic.
Though laser is effective in many cases, it may cause discoloration in some instances. Laser treatment is very expensive so do your research before going for it.

Now we can see that there is no sure shot way of getting rid of sideburns but keep trying and find out what works for you. A good option is to wax them first and then bleach the remaining hair.

  4. The easiest way is to use an eyebrow razor/shaver available at any drugstore for literally $1. Search for it on youtube under How to use an eyebrow shaver. The technique is the same for the face. You can also get a little battery operated one, which is my preferred method. Even after laser on my face, I still have some peach fuzz and this is the perfect method of getting rid of it. Exfoliation is an added benefit.
