How to remove sourness from the curd

Curd should always be stored in the fridge.Keeping it long outside makes it sour.Still if the curd is sour then add 3-4 cups of water into it.Don’t mix the water with curd just let it stay over the curd.After half an hour remove the water which is collected on top of the curd.This will remove sourness from the curd to quite an extent.
