Whenever I look at Kareena or Priyanka Chopra I really wish for a figure like them. Of course, with so many experts at their door steps it is lot easier for them to maintain their figure. We too have expert available but not the fitness expert but fattening expert and that is the fast food joints which are just a phone call away.
What a sexy figure but who doesn’t want a figure like this?
To be very frank I have adjusted to some food like I don’t eat ice creams. I have not completely barred it from my life but have it may be once in three months. It was easy to leave ice-cream because I don’t have a sweet tooth: P but avoiding pizza and paranthas is difficult for me and not possible for me.
But we want to eat these also and get the above figure too:P
Me and my friends live for food but still try to avoid food: P. Strange and funny 😛 We leave many things to lose weight and still when we don’t lose weight then we look for weight loss help 😛 . Few months back I realized that in the process of weight loss our skin is often neglected.
Our skin reflects the change in the body and to really see it go for dieting. Many of my friends have asked me to help them out in their skin related matters as their skin have complete dried after following a weight loss programme.
This is because after following a so called fast weight loss plan our body suddenly stops getting the enormous quantity of nutrition which it was receiving before. What is difficult for our body to adjust it is even more difficult for our skin. A skin which was continuously fed fats and calories suddenly deprived of these can react badly.
It is not bad to go on dieting once in a while or restrict yourself from few things like rice, puddings or paranthas .
Our skin require some maintenance and some essential food which if we include while on diet it will prevent from the skin from getting rough and from sagging too.
I suffer from acne when I am restraining myself from some of the food like rice. They are basically dietr’s acne. This occurs in the initial phase of dieting but they do subside when the body get adjusted to the new diet plan. So, that is not a thing to worry about.
Our skin needs more time to breathe and therefore going slow with make up helps but I hate this fact 😛 because I am addicted to make up.
One of my friend went for low carb diet plan and her skin complete sagged .I always prioritise my skin more than weight loss. It is better to lose weight slowly rather than going on a three day diet plan or a seven day diet plan. Trust me they never work.
If you want to see good skin then I will suggest you to visit lajpat nagar in Delhi. Girls there have yummy skin. Reason being they eat so much of fats ..lolz..Most of them are overweight(if you are from Lajpat and not over weight then please don’t kill me for writing this ) but their skin and hair are fabulous. This is because they eat fats which help in keeping the skin tight. Fats in a moderate quantity are essential for us otherwise our skin will start developing wrinkles and fine lines.
Eating citrus fruits like oranges and lemon helps in keeping the skin firm too. Vitamin C in citrus fruits helps in stimulating the collagen production.
Low fat intake leads to reducing the lipid layer of the skin. The skin is not able to hold the moisture and tends to dry up and therefore using lot of moisturizer on the skin helps the skin in holding the moisture.
Taking vitamin E supplements before going to bed helps in keeping the skin firm. Vitamin E repairs the skin and increases the moisture as well.
