Lighten Skin:

When peroxide is absorbed by the skin, there will be temporary whitening, which is somewhat harmless. As per Wikipedia, “It is absorbed by skin upon contact and creates a local skin capillary embolism which appears as a temporary whitening of the skin.”

Goodbye Blemishes:

If you are looking to whiten or lighten your skin pigmentations, freckles, age spots, acne marks, then hydrogen peroxide might be your solution. If used regularly, it would fade your scars and spots with time.

Treat Acne:-

Peroxide can be applied to treat acne. It should only be used on the acne and not over the entire face. Peroxide kills the bacteria on the skin that causes acne and provides oxygen to the pores helping to prevent future pimples.

Hydrogen Peroxide stimulates enzyme systems throughout the body and enhances the body’s distribution and consumption of oxygen. Hydrogen peroxide effectively destroys anaerobic bacteria by exposing them to oxygen.

Get Rid of Body Odor:

Hydrogen peroxide is a great way to banish body odor. Simply combine one teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide with eight ounces of water and apply to affected areas to kill odor-causing bacteria.

Even though hydrogen peroxide effectively attacks unwanted bacteria, it also kills healthy skin cells — which can delay healing. So it is advisable not to use hydrogen peroxide on healthy skin. Do not use peroxide every day on healthy skin as part of your regular skin regimen as it damages the skin cells over an extended. Avoid the contact of the product to your eyes and do not swallow hydrogen peroxide.
When using hydrogen peroxide skin, I would advise you to dilute it with water and then use it on infected areas. It has bleaching properties, but I would never recommend you to use this chemical on healthy skin. Hydrogen peroxide might give you whiter skin, but prolonged use can hamper your skin health to a great extent. So mix it with some other ingredients to keep the concentration of the hydrogen peroxide low.
