Instant Indian fried rice

Ingredients:-(Serves 4)
2 cupRice cooked (taste great with left over rice and it shouldn’t be over cooked or mushy)
Uncooked Vegetables (according to your taste includes carrot,mushrooms,corn,capsicum all chopped)
2-3 sping onion chopped for garnishing
(You can use onion also if you don’t have it)
Soya sauce 1tsp
Chilli sauce 1tsp
Tomato sauce 1sp
Salt and pepper to taste
Ajinomotto 1/2tsp
Cumin seeds 1tsp
1 chopped green chilli
Oil 1 tbsp

Method:-


1.Cook rice in water and drain off the water.Add little salt as the sauces which will be added later will have salt too.Generally the proportion of rice and water should be 1:2.


2.Take 1tbsp of oil and add cumin seeds and wait till they splutter.


3.Add chopped onion and green chilli and saute for 2 minutes .

3.Add chopped vegetables , salt,black pepper and ajinomotto into it.

4.Cover the lid till they get tender.

5.Add all the three sauces and saute for 1-2 minutes.


6.Finally add cooked rice and stir for 2 minutes till and mix it well with the sauces.

7.Garnish with chopped coriander(cilantro) or chopped spring onion.
