Innisfree Wine Peeling Jelly Softener
So, today I am here to share an interesting review on Innisfree Wine Peeling Jelly Softener which I got in March’18 and have been using it since! Since this is an exfoliating product I don’t prefer to use it daily and only use it once or twice a week for maximum benefits! In any case, over-exfoliation is also bad for the skin and can cause skin problems! Well, without further delay, let me share my views on this Korean Beauty product!

Price: INR 900 for 180ml
Shelf Life:3 years from mfg. date
Packaging: The product comes in a long wine colored cylindrical hard plastic fiber bottle! It resembles the shape of a beer bottle only smaller! There is a screw open top cap and it has a medium opening secured by a plastic stopper to prevent spilling while travel! Usually I prefer to keep the stopper secure with me to take along while travelling while at home you can simply keep the top cap while keeping it in your dressing wardrobe!
Product Color: The jelly softener is mainly a gel based solution which is white in color but translucent! It is almost transparent on your skin when you apply just as water!
My Thoughts About Innisfree Wine Peeling Jelly Softener
Texture: The texture is gel based but it is not thick and has a runny consistency! It is like a light gel when you apply on the skin!
Fragrance: It has the perfect wine fragrance! Not too strong from a distance but is evident when you apply on your face!
Well, I loved the description of this product when I was thinking to buy it and now after using it I love it more! It is not like regular exfoliating products available! It doesn’t foam at all. You cannot possibly see any granules like you see in other scrubs! It is just a dense liquid peeling product! Even the charcoal peels have a thicker texture than this!
So, first you have to take a little amount of this peel in your palms and apply it all over your face and neck area uniformly! Save the eye area & the lips! After like 30 seconds of application, gently start rubbing your skin with fingers. It will gently start to come off as peeled granules from the skin! After you have covered the whole face & neck, splash plain water on your face! Now pat dry your face with a towel! You can visibly notice a difference in your skin. The tiny bumps around you t-zone is gone and you skin appears too smooth that you feel like touching it again & again!
However, don’t use this peel on broken skin or acne! It can worsen the skin when you rub it off and that can lead to redness!
It definitely is a great product for the skin and being a Korean beauty product I trust it fully with my skin! It never gave me breakouts ever and I also make sure to not over do it!
Overall, I really loved this product!
What I like about Innisfree Wine Peeling Jelly Softener?
- Enriched with wine extracts
- Keeps the skin smooth & soft
- Gently exfoliates the skin
- Visible difference in skin after the use
- Innovative scrub product
- A little goes a long way!
- Suitable for all types of skin
What I don’t like about Innisfree Wine Peeling Jelly Softener?
- Bulky bottle packaging!
P.S. The directions state to use this product with a cotton pad sweeping the jelly on your face but when you visit the counter, they will tell you to apply it with your fingers and I find it much better! What happens with cotton is that a lot of wine jelly softener is absorbed by it and the result is not as promising!
Will I recommend?: Well, if you still haven’t used it, I used surely suggest you to try! You can ask for samples of this product first since this is a big bottle and if you do not like it, you won’t have any option but to use it!
