Introducing The Wise She Weight Loss Blog & Tarun



The Picture below was taken six months back and now I weigh some 2-3 kg less than below .My weight has always played a vital role in my life because I am kind of obsessed with it and don’t take it lightly. From no fat diet to good carbs and bad carbs and protein diet, I have tried it all. Today when I am in my late 20’s and had a baby recently, I find myself a lot fitter and better.

Recently I met a very jolly and loving girl and we kept chatting about our weight and issues and she too shared lot many things which I wasn’t aware of, such as supplements etc.

As weight loss is common problem of many Indian girls, we thought of introducing a weight loss blog to share our experiences. This blog will be a medium where we will be able to share some weight loss recipes, supplements reviews and what worked and what didn’t worked for us.


Meet Tarun who gained 10 kgs recently due to her work life stress and  just got to know that she is anemic which is not making her lose weight. I used to think it’s only PCOD which doesn’t let you lose weight πŸ˜€

I am just an ordinary girl who longs to look pretty and lead a healthy life. I have always been chubby with a broad bone structure, call it my genetics. I managed to maintain my weight by trying every possible means that exist. Diet, massages, gym, yoga, aerobics, supplements, hyped weight loss shortcuts Γ’β‚¬β€œ I have done it all ! In this struggle to become lean, I have spent lesser money on some helpful measures and wasted a lot, on crap marketing gimmicks. My life changed last year, I gained 10 kgs of weight :(. I was suffering with anaemia and my metabolism became too slow. Unfortunately, I did not know of my illness. I was busy coping up with my post graduation.

Now I want the best of my body and health back. This blog is the space to share genuine ways to lose weight(fat) and be as healthy as possible. Let us help each other in getting better!

  5. This is a great initiative Anamika n Taruna…I am a new follower of your blog…but sure to follow this one religiously….I need to shed some serious weight….took myslf for granted after having my second child…but not anymore…looking forward for some good lernings from here…:-)
