How the idea cropped up ?

Few days back one of my bestie watsapped me saying she hasnt eaten any roti/rice since morning and she is now going to lose weight.I was like did you go through all the books, info, forums before pursuing ahead? Her answer was No…She was of opinion that if she stop eating wheat then that is all she needs to know.

Well few hours passed and I got an wats app that she was feeling dizzy and she has left the no wheat thingy .I wasn’t surprised as there should always be a proper way to follow things.Once I remember going on a diet and by the end of the day I was feeling horrible and ended up having two maggi in my dinner ..What a waste of a day it was and I am sure with that two packs of maggi I would have gained 100gm .

Leaving wheat is definitely not easy unless you follow the right way.So we collaborated with a certified dietitian and thought of helping you in losing weight  without much of  struggle and yes! no  starvation 🙂

Regarding my weight loss story – I have never been a slim girl and I have struggles really hard all my life to fit into desired clothing.Followed all the newspaper ( now i know they just publish rubbish :rotfl) /books , advise and one point of time I thought to be slim one should only live on carrots ..lol

Then life changed when I switched to low carb .I have been doing Low Carb since an year now and have lost lots of post pregnancy weight . I have learnt to lose weight, a hard way but you need not be !

Also, I weight less than my pre pregnancy weight thanks to my new lifestyle and I eat and eat without guilt ..If you guys follow me on instagram you will know how much I eat 😛

Our weight loss co owner Tarun has lost 10 kg through the lifestyle and she is working hard on it more.So we three (I , Tarun and our Nutritionist )have chalked out a  Weight loss programme for  anyone who is looking for weight loss that too without starving.
