Johnson’s Active Clean Baby Laundry Detergent Review
Let kids be kids!
Do you remember when I visited the Johnsons factory about a month back? If not, you can check out the vlog on my YouTube channel (Don’t forget to subscribe!). I’m glad I made that visit since it introduced me to a must-have for mommies – the Johnson’s Active Clean Baby Laundry Detergent.
What Johnson’s claims about it:-

The Product & Performance :
As mothers we deal with amounts of laundry and a whole variety of stains that we haven’t normally seen – from spit up to soiled nappies, progressing to school clothes covered in dirt and food thanks to.. well.. children being children. As a mother, I have personally tried my best to deal with these stains – washing them in Ezee, other baby detergents and then softener. You don’t want them to stop playing and enjoying their childhood but at the same time your heart sinks at yet another hard-to-remove stain on that pristine white school shirt.
Well, now you can happily let them play without it being a strain on your hands.
I tried out the Johnson & Johnson Active Clean Baby Laundry Detergent at home to see how it dealt with stains that I’m constantly fighting with, and wow – it won that battle amazingly!
To test the detergent, I have used two daily use white towels.
In one I poured soya sauce and in another I threw in some ketchup. Both these stains we know are deadly and difficult to remove.
After that, I added 30 ml of the Active Clean detergent into the plastic container and soaked both towels in for 2 minutes. Just 2 minutes. After the soaking I rinsed it for about 10 seconds and imagine my pleasant surprise when both these stains vanished!
It seems almost magical the way the stains disappeared. For tougher stains though, you can soak it for around 10 minutes or so.
Another benefit is that the detergent is dermatologically tested and phosphate-free. It also does not contain bleach, colorant or additional fluorescent. So you can rest assured that harsh chemicals won’t touch your loved ones’ sensitive skin. Also, it doesn’t matter *how* you wash the clothes. This detergent can be used both in a bucket and in the washing machine.
So no more scolding the little ones for stained clothes. As it is their childhood flies away so quickly – this detergent makes it easier for you to enjoy all that comes with their childhood.
As far as the price goes, it does seem a bit on the higher side at Rs 695 for a litre. But if you factor in the costs of softener, whitener and repeatedly using more of the detergent to get the stains out, it actually works out cheaper for me just to get this detergent.
All in all, this has turned out to be an amazing find for me and it’s a definite 5/5. Mommies must definitely give this a try!
