Easy Kachori recipe
This is one of the easiest and yummy kachori recipe I have ever made. This I made from home made cheese from curdled milk.I have tried my hand on Sanjeev Kapoor kachori too and this one is almost similar to his Kachori recipe only.By the way if you know how to make dal kachoori then do let me know I really want to learn those also.
Here is my paneer and mixed vegetable kachori
1 cup all purpose flour(maida)
1 cup wheat flour(I used two flours in it so that they become healthy .If you want you can go for all purpose flour only )
1 cup greated paneer
2tbsp. corn flour
2tbsp oil (To be added when making the dough)
2tbsp. mint leaves
3-4 chopped green chillies(must to make the kachori spicy and khasta)
salt to taste
1 or 1,5 tsp red chilli powder
1 inch grated ginger
2 grated carrots and finely chopped beans(I had these two vegetables with me so I used both of them.If you want you can go without the beans and add some other veegtables like palak(spinach))
Oil to deep fry the kahcoris
Method and Preparation:-
Step1- Take a pan and add all the ingredients in it.If you want you can saute mint, green chillies and ginger for a minutes and then add them into the dough.
Step2-Make a smooth dough and divide them into rolls.
Step3-Make a small rotis which is 2-3 inch in diameter.
Step4- Deep fry them in hot oil but on slow flame.
Serve them with allo ki sabji in breakfast and tea in evening. After having these mouth watering Kachoris my husband asked me to learn more Indian Kahcori recipes and promised me that he will help me out in txploring hem.I don’t know weather to believe him or not
