My Take On This Product:

Kimberly Parry is a well known U.K brand selling purely organic products. You can get their products from several online shopping sites in India at great discount. I got almost 50+20% flat off on this serum which was the main reason behind the purchase. Personally I can never make myself splurge more than 2000 bucks for a serum and at its original price seriously I can never repurchase it again. Do check out my review to know my detailed experience.

Packaging: Kimberly Parry Organics Blue Chamomile & Helichrysum serum comes in a tinted plastic bottle with a pump dispenser. One gets approximately 60 ml of product which will last one for a long time. Product description along with complete ingredient list is mentioned on bottle packaging. Though bottle packaging with pump dispenser seems good for travelling but I did not like the pump dispenser with it because the serum is oil based and the moment one presses the pump lots of oil gets out of it, I would have rather preferred a nozzle through which I could get the product as desired.

Texture: This moisturizing serum is a lightweight facial oil that penetrates into my skin easily without leaving it greasy. It’s a brown yellow colored serum without any silicones or artificial preservatives.

Effectiveness:

I have been using this serum since three weeks in the night. I do not prefer to use oil based serum during day time. I have used L’Oreal hydrafresh deep boosting essence in past and liked it too but I felt like trying something new this winter. I get dry patches on my face so I desperately need a serum with a hydrating cream during winters. When I saw this at Jabong.com available at high discount, I thought to try this once during this winter. After cleansing my skin with a cleanser and toning my face with a toner I use this serum on my face. I take 3-4 drops of the serum and lightly massage It into my skin. After 15 minutes I follow up with a night cream. After three weeks I can say this is an average product with a high price tag. It keeps my skin smooth, soft and gives a plumped up healthy appearance. Except these benefits it does not do anything. I did not find it enough moisturizing and it wont be very useful in preventing dry patches in case you have very dry skin. It contains blue chamomile which is suitable for sensitive skin type, thus I would suggest this product to people with sensitive skin type. After checking the ingredient list, I feel the ingredients are not anything extra special, these can be bought individually from any store selling essential oils. You can make your own facial oil by getting individual ingredients. Maximum ingredients can be bought from online stores like Moksha lifestyle for reference at nominal price. It contains 60 ml of product and I really don’t know how to finish it. I found Kaircin facial oil from Kairali brand much more than this product.

What I liked about Kimberly Parry Organics Blue Chamomile & Helichrysum Moisturizing Serum

  • Kimberly Parry is a well known brand in U.K selling organic pure products.
  • It contains a cocktail of organic ingredients and essential oils beneficial for skin health.
  • Travel friendly packaging.
  • Complete list of ingredients is mentioned.
  • Its lightweight and gets absorbed easily.
  • Keeps my skin smooth and gives a plumped up look.
  • Available at many online shopping sites in India.
  • Suitable for sensitive skin type.
  • Good for skin in the long run.

What I did not like about Kimberly Parry Organics Blue Chamomile & Helichrysum Moisturizing Serum

  • Its damn pricy you get just 60 ml product for Rs 4040. (I feel like banging my head now)
  • It contains essential oils and carrier oils as main ingredients which can be easily bought separately at very reasonable rate.
  • Its available at couple on online shopping sites in India.
  • I do not prefer to use serum oil with pump dispenser packaging, it becomes difficult to control the amount getting dispensed each time.
  • Does not prevent skin from getting dry patches.
  • Keeps moisturized for temporary period.
  • You need to be extremely patient to see any noticeable good result.
  • You can easily get similar products in market at cheaper price.

Will I Repurchase it? No, I don’t think so.

My Overall Recommendation: Kimberly Parry Organics Blue Chamomile and Helichrysum moisturizing serum is a lightweight oil based serum suitable for sensitive and dry skin people. This product does not contain any fillers or preservatives or Parabens and contains organic ingredients beneficial for skin health. It keeps my skin soft and supple but at the price I am getting it I do not recommend this product to anyone, it contains a cocktail of essential oils and carrier oils which can be easily bought at nominal price and be mixed to get such facial oils.
