You must have heard of various tips which helps in avoiding the dosa from sticking to the pan like rinsing a half onion on the pan .But recently my neighbor gave me a tip which was much easier and adaptable too. All you need to do is apply oil to the pan(tawa) the night before you are making the dosa. This will not let dosa stick to the pan.
I find this tip easy to incorporate because I usually soak the dosa dal and apply oil to the pan at the same time.
