Lotus Phyto RX Whitening & Brightening Serum price

Net Volume: 30 ml

Shelf Life: 36 months

Packaging: The serum comes in a thick glass bottle and has a cap which has a vacuum glass dropper attached to it. Do get the serum out one just need to twist the cap open and vacuum mechanism works to get the product inside the dropper, now just press the transparent button like feature on the cap to pump out the serum.

Lotus Phyto RX Whitening & Brightening Serum Dropper

A single pump out sufficient for each usage. I really like the dropper packaging, however the glass bottle scares me every time I use it as I am really clumsy with handling things.

Texture: It has the perfect consistency like that of a serum, neither too thick nor too runny. The white colored serum easily spreads and sinks into skin without many efforts.

Fragrance: It has mixed fruit kind of natural fragrance. I really cannot explain how exactly it smells but can say that it is pleasant and not very overwhelming.  In fact the whole Lotus Phyto RX Whitening & Brightening range smells the same.

My Experience with Lotus Phyto RX Whitening & Brightening Serum

I simply adore this serum. This concentrated serum does everything that it claims to do apart from the whitening effect, anyways I do not look for any whitening in my products so not disappointment for me.

With the very first usage, you will notice the smoothness in skin. It makes skin incredibly smooth and also lightens spots & even outs skin.

The serum leaves my skin very moisturized and at times I tend to skip my moisturizer. It has not broken me out or any allergic reaction. I suppose that this an ideal bet for dry to normal skins however oily skins should give this a pass.

There is nothing that I do not like about this serum apart from the fear that it may slip from my hand and I can only be left with glass pieces. Seriously a heavy glass bottle always scares me.

Overall this is a fabulous serum to use especially for dry skins, that look for hydration and brightening of skin but please do not expect any whitening.

    • If you are using it regularly for both day and night times, then this will last for around two months. Please consider your skin type before getting it, combination and oily skins may find it a little over moisturizing.

  1. I wanted its review last week, was in two minds whether to buy this serum or not, i think it would be gr8 for my skin, n its damn affordable, i mean 395 only, whereas serums are at least 800+ bucks these days, have you tried their day and night cream from this same range? I was thinking of getting the entire raneg !

    • Yes Taps… I suppose this week you shall have the review of the whole range. Though I have not reviewed the face wash but I can say that the face wash too is decent does not dry out skin, but its stings very badly If it happens to get into eyes. For the review of the rest of the range you just wait for a little while!

        • Well for oily skins Anamika can give you the bast recommendations!
If you are keen on trying this serum then you can give it a shot post the rainy season, as for this season it is heavy for oily skins.

    • I wonder how its so economical..I always thought serum are on the expensive side..May be Ritika can compare both the serum as she has used the vichy and lotus one too ..

      • Well there is nothing so far that could actually beat the Vichy serum. Like Vichy serum is exclusively for dry skins no matter what the weather is but the lotus serum can be tried by oily skins when the weather is dry.

If price was not a base of comparison then on any given day Vichy Aqua serum is the winner, but considering how economic is Lotus serum it has got this rating.

For people new with serums, they should first try Lotus as it does more for what we can expect at this price.
For people who are very much into serums will never hesitate spending INR 1800 for the Vichy serum which unconditionally is amazing.

  3. This is probably the cheapest serum and I thought Pond’s gold radiance at 999 bucks is the cheapest. This will not suit me though. I am using Pond’s gold radiance serum these days as my first ever serum

  4. Thanks Ritika… used to love their micro-emulsion in whiteglow range… dunno why it got discontinued… am using their whiteglow serum currently but personally find it strictly ok… hope this isn’t the same as that… though think of giving it a shot after reading ur review 🙂

  5. Wel I have order ths on Amazon . Lets see how it works on my skin. I have normal skin but ths winter it became dry . Hope it will moisturize my skin well .
