I was going through my blushes a few days back and realized I hadn’t reviewed this blush in the shade Dainty..I’ve previously reviewed blushes from the mineralize range like Warm Soul, Dolly Mix, Gleeful & Utterly Game and this is my 5th blush from the same…
My experience with MAC Mineralize Blush in Dainty
Mineralize blushes come in the same packaging as the regular blushes. They are domed and usually have a measure of shimmer in them.
MAC Dainty is a candy pink shade with minute gold shimmers. It also gives a gorgeous golden sheen which gives an almost highlighted effect.
The shimmers are not too huge but nevertheless are quite visible. Hence, those with open pores on their cheek area may not like this since it would only emphasize them.
MAC Mineralize Blush in Dainty Swatches:-
The staying power isn’t too great sadly. It doesn’t last more than 3hrs on my skin and after that I look like I haven’t applied blush at all. I guess this is why I don’t reach for this too often.
Here is how it looks on me.
All in all I like the shade and how it looks on me..but the staying power (or the lack of it) is huge minus for me and I wear it only when I know I won’t be out for long.
