Milani Cosmetics Powder Blush 08 Tea Rose
Hello WiseShe Beauties,
Today I am here again with another lovely blush from the renowned brand of Milani! This time the shade I will be reviewing is Tea Rose. This shade is not very unique and previously I have used so many shades of lipsticks, blushes in the Tea Rose shade range! Some of which I will link at the end of this review! Lets have a look at what the brand claims about this stunning blush!
About Milani Cosmetics Powder Blush 08 Tea Rose
Now this is a blush that deserves to be seen! Gorgeous in the compact, even prettier on cheeks, this petal soft, natural-finish powder shapes, contours and highlights. Streaks? Never. Easy to use? Always. In ultra-flattering shades that you just can’t live without.
A luxurious matte powder blush that features rose petals micro milled into the powder to bring out the natural rosy tones. This blush is multipurpose use to shape, contour, and highlight your face. It is easy to use and streak free. Suitable for all skin types and tones.
Directions: Glide a brush through the color and lightly tap off excess powder. Lightly apply to cheeks, forehead, chin and/or nose and blend well for a soft glow.
Ingredients: Talc, Synthetic Wax, Aluminum Starch, Octenylsuccinate, Hydoxylated Lanolin, Isopropyl Lanoate, Petrolatum, Cyclomethicone,, Lanolin Alcohol, Cetyl Actate, Acetylated Lanolin Alcohol, Methylparabne, Proprylparaben.
Packaging: The blush looks gorgeous on the pot. The rose pattern is alluring. It is hard to use it because I don’t want to wreck the rose pattern on the blush. The blush is the biggest among what other blushes I have. Yet it is not bulky and is pretty travel friendly. The transparent lid makes it easy to detect the actual shade.
Shade– The shade Tea Rose is a soft pink colored blush which goes perfectly natural when applied with soft strokes! I feel the shade is flattering for all skin tones for the perfect flush of pink! The texture of the blush is more powdery that the shade Coral Cove but it goes well with my combination skin so I have no complains!
Texture: The texture of this blush is powder based and so for dry to normal skin, it feels a little chalky! Well, a good moisturizing base or a primer will make this easier for all types of skin to flaunt confidently!
My Experience with Milani Cosmetics Powder Blush 08 Tea Rose
Tea Rose has been one of the cult favorite shade for the brands and somehow every brand has some of the other makeup item which has a shade Tea Rose in it! This is a lovely light pink shade of blush and is not highly pigmented but is certainly build-able for a deeper look for the Indian skin tones!
For fair skin tones, a light hand stroke of this blush is enough for the naturally pink look!
Talking about my personal favorite, it has to be Coral Cove on any given day because it comes out to be more flattering than this shade!
The powdery texture is surely a con but for dry skin beauties only, as it goes well with my combination skin!
The shade is not very good in pigmentation and so it will gradually fade after 3-4 hours of application!
I have also reviewed a similar blush is the shade Tea Rose which was NYX Stick Blush Tea Rose
Other products with shades Tea Rose are-
Overall, this is a decent looking blush shade but not very unique! I would prefer Milani Coral Cove Blush on any given day!
