One pencil, multiple eye-catching ways to use it. A shadow, liner and highlighter in one, it’s water-resistant and crease-proof – two stellar qualities in an eye makeup product! Sharpened to a fine point, it defines. Softly smudged, it adds color – 12 shades in all, from neutrals to brights. Swept under the brow bone in one of the paler hues, it catches the light. Clearly, this pencil is as versatile as it is beautiful.
Directions To Use: Apply the pencil directly to the eyelid then blend it out with your finger or a brush. After use, always replace the cap so the tip does not dry out. Easily sharpens with Milani’s Duo Sharpener.

My experience with Milani Eye Shadow Pencil ROYAL PURPLE:
Packaging: This eye shadow pencil is chubby in shape and reminds me a lot of the NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils. The eye shadow pencil has a body of the respective eye shadow color and comes along with a transparent plastic cap which shuts firmly.
Texture: The texture of the eye shadow pencil is very creamy and it glides smoothly with ease on the eyes without any tugging. If the texture is compared with the NYX Jumbo eye pencils, I find this to be softer than the NYXs’ ones.
Shade: ROYAL PURPLE is a blue based shade of purple which has beautiful soft sheen. It is quite a vibrant shade which adds oomph to the eye look.
Pigmentation:Â The eye shadow pencil is insane on the pigmentation front and gives great color in just a single swipe. The intense pop of color is amazing.
My take:Â This eye shadow pencil serves the purpose of multiple uses and can be used as an eye liner, as an eye shadow base and also on the water line. Despite of being a chubby eye pencil, the pencil draws out a thin line as well as thick and is very handy is achieving various eye looks.
The texture of this eye pencil is really very soft and it aids in smooth application, but this super soft texture does not in any way allows the tip to break. The only con about the texture is that that this eye pencil needs to be blended very quick or else blending may become a big task. A nice quality blending brush does a great help in blending the eye shadow.
I can’t rave enough about the pigmentation. Just one word speaks it all for the pigmentation…. AWESOME!
Always ensure to keep the pencil closed with the cap when not in use, or else the eye shadow pencil night get dried.
The pencil is waterproof and only a good makeup remover or cleansing oil will get it removed completely. The pencil needs to be sharpened, which leads to product wastage. One will need to invest in a big sharpener as the sharpener does not come along with the pencil.
Overall it is a decent eye shadow pencil which can be put to use in multiple ways and rock various eye looks.
