Organix Anti-Breakage Keratin Oil Shampoo
How are you all? I was experiencing a lot of hair fall since the past one year and that was really annoying and depressing at the same time. So, I tried picking up a few variants from khadi brand but they didn’t bring a permanent noticeable solution to my problem. My motive basically was to bring in products with lesser chemicals into my hair care routine. Finally I tried the brand Organix which is famous for its sulfate free haircare products. The variant I chose was the ‘anti breakage’ one.

My experience with Organix Anti-Breakage Keratin Oil Shampoo:
The variant I have comes in a purple colored bottle with golden cap. The packaging is huge and heavy; the bottle looks good while sitting on the washroom shelf. I love the look of organix shampoos and conditioners- the sturdy and cute bottles they have. At the same time, though, you should know that these are not meant to be taken along while travelling; these are heavy and take a lot of space. People who only use organix products on their hair, like me, should transfer a part of it in small portable containers to be able to use these on vacations.
Now, this shampoo smells heavenly. It is a sweet fragrance which delights you as you open the bottle and it remains in your hair for 1-2 days after wash. All organix products are known to have great fragrance which is definitely a plus point.
The consistency of this shampoo is quite thick and you’ll have to keep on adding water as you scrub this on your scalp to form a good lather. Sulfate free shampoos lather less, that is what I had heard of but this one is pretty fine lather wise. It is just a bit lesser than the usual shampoos. I have no issues though. I have to use every shampoo twice on my scalp to get rid of the oil that I put before wash.
Performance wise- it leaves the scalp pretty clean, smelling amazing and with absolutely no irritation. For reference Schwarzkopf shampoos used to irritate my scalp big time. Now, for the anti-breakage claim- I would say it does work. Hair fall in my case was because of both strands’ lose and breakage and it has reduced to almost 40% of what it was earlier. I used to shed hair like anything during head wash and that has improved drastically. So it gets thumbs up for that. Other than that it makes my hair shinier. It adds softness to my hair but only for a day; after that I can see my hair being not-so-soft. I anyways manage this issue with the conditioner.
So overall, it does work for me and I would recommend you to give it a try. I am not at all switching from Organix for my hair, though I may give a try to other variants that the brand offers.
