Oriflame Beauty Dual Skin Corrector Review

Oriflame Beauty Dual Skin Corrector

What does the product claim:

2-in-1 stick concealer that provides instant coverage and camouflage while clearing up blemishes. contains tea tree oil, vitamin E, and allantoin.

Price: INR 239/-

Quantity: 1.6 g.

Shade: I have both, light and medium. but i think medium one will be a better option.

Packaging:

It comes in a stick form, which I simply love. It is so hygienic and user friendly, you don’t need to use your fingers to use the product and no need of sharpening either (this was one of the things which attracted me to this one) you can directly apply it to the spot and blend it with the help of your fingers or a brush.

Availability: It’s available in only two shades light and medium. can be ordered through any oriflame consultant.

Coverage:
Gives a medium coverage, does a good job for dark circles but not for blemishes. I actually got it for the blemishes, I have pimples and am so sick of the marks left by them and have to hide them with a concealer everytime. But this one doesn’t help much on that front. Although I’m not aware of any other concealer which can hide those spots completely. Also for spots with dark circles it can be a good option.

My Take:
It is very easy to use, very hygienic, I wish it was a little creamier, but it blends easily. I dot it all around my eyes or on my blemishes and blend it using my fingers.

What I like about Oriflame Beauty Dual Skin Corrector:

  • Very hygienic and easy to use.
  • Travel friendly.
  • Blends without much effort.
  • Covers up dark circles very nicely.
  • I can’t say it lives upto it’s claim of clearing the blemishes, but i some how felt that my blemishes appeared lighter whenever i used it.

What I don’t like about Oriflame Beauty Dual Skin Corrector:

  • Available in only two shades. How can they expect only two shades to suit every skin tone?
  • The cap comes off some times.
  • Doesn’t do much to hide blemishes.
  • Should have been a little creamier.

Will I buy it again: No, I liked it, but i want to try out something else.
Will I recommend it to others: yes, it can be a good buy for the ones who are looking out for something to cover up their DC’s.

  2. whats the dual skin corrector part? i have tried atleast 8 to 9 concealers in my life and think myself to be some kind of a pro :rotfl: :rotfl: and for me nothing works better than MAC but i am always on the lookout for a backup as MAC is expensive :struggle: :struggle:
