Quick Corainder and mint chutney with curd recipe

After going through my tips of how to make coriander chutney tastier few of my readers have asked me to tell the accurate measurement and ingredients which I use to make coriander chutney.There are number of ways to make it but my idea is to make it quick and it should be healthy.If you want I will post few other recipes of green chutney in which you add pea nuts ,lemon and coconut.
Here goes the simple recipe but very tasty one and in just two steps

Ingredients:-

2 cups chopped coriander leaves(You can mix mint 1/2 cup mint leaves also if you want)
1/2 cup fresh curd(Curd shouldn’t be sour)
2tbsp peeled and pounded ginger
1 large chopped green chillies
Salt – to taste
Preparation:-
Step1-Grind all the ingredients to a fine paste.
Step2-Take a pan and add the paste into it.Simmer it over low heat for 2-3 minutes
Kitchen notes-Make sure you keep stirring the chutney when it is in the pan otherwise curd may get curdled up.
Serve it with idli and paratha.For kids you can make a green chutney sandwich by apply tomatoe ketchup on one layer and green chutney on another.
