My experience with Revlon Colorstay One Stroke Defining Eyeliner Blooming Blue:
This one has an amazing texture- smooth and easy to glide. It very well goes by its name- one stroke definer eyeliner. You do not need to swipe to and fro repeatedly to get the desired pigmentation. It is absolutely butter. The tip you get after sharpening is almost always thick, so thin lines are little difficult to create with this. I do not mind that as I am habitual of applying a medium thick line itself.
Coming to the main attraction- the shade; this is one gorgeous blue eyeliner you MUST own if you are a blue lover like me. I prefer darker blues over their lighter counterparts and this was just love at first sight.
Second best thing about this one is that once it sets- it will not budge at all. Give it around 30 seconds to set and then you are good to go for the rest of the day. Rubbing also does not hamper its performance much. It is waterproof as well.
The not so good thing about this one is that it is not waterline safe. Otherwise also, such vibrant blues look better on the upper lash line but this one specially should not even be tried on the waterline. I tried it once long time back and till date I remember the pain and tears it gave me.
Pencil eye liners do lead to wastage but then eye liners with twist up mechanism also serve more or less the same quantity I think.
About the packaging- the cap fits snugly and will not come off on its own. The body is of the same color as the shade of eyeliner. Sadly, it does not come with a sharpener; you got to have your own.
Overall, for the shade, the butter like smooth application and great staying power it gets a thumbs up from me. I count it in my one of the favourite most blooos.
