Royal Indulgence Lodhradi Skin Repair Face Pack Review
Hello, beauties! A month back a reader of Wiseshe asked me to review the much-hyped Royal Indulgence Lodhradi Face Pack. Like me, she also came across many interesting reviews of the pack and wanted my opinion on it. This pack was already on my bucket list and so I readily agreed.
After a week Royal Indulgence Lodhradi company approached me to review their pack and it was almost like a wish come true. Delhi is a place which has one of the highest levels of pollution and my own work stress, traffic and bad climatic condition had have taken a toll on my skin. Though I do pay a lot of attention to my skin I feel it is not enough. There is so much of dust, dirt and smoke all around us that I always get scared to think about the condition of my skin.
This pack claims to boosts Collagen and lift skin which is something which I have been looking for a while.
- Reduces appearance of the fine lines and wrinkles
- Reduces darkness and uneven complexion
- Lightens blemishes
- Aids deep detoxification
Lodhara in Sanskrit means “that which makes the body firmer”.
Ingredients: It contains 3 principle ingredients: Dhanyaka, Lodhra and Vacha
Dhanyaka is an astringent antibacterial, anti-fungal and antiseptic and detoxifying properties.Vacha which is a sweet flag and Myrtle grass is known to be instantly effective in improving circulation.
Pack contains a neat leaflet which has all the details of how to use the pack, ingredients and benefits
How to use it: It is recommended to use to use with Milk since milk has healing and whitening properties in itself. You can mix with Rose water too if you are from the oily skin family. Mix it well and apply a thick layer on your face every alternate day for 30 days for visible results. Now initially one might feel a tingling sensation which you don’t need to worry about. It is an indication that the pack has begun its detoxifying action.
Texture: The texture of the pack is little grainy and looks like soft Multani mitti.
My Experience With Lodhara Face Pack:
I used it with Aloe Vera Juice (which works best for me) and it takes few seconds to get dissolved or to get the even texture from this pack. I just keep my aloe vera juice bottle near the wash basin and the Lodhradi face pack tub as well. So I take both of them out on my palm and apply it on my face. Honestly didn’t feel any sensation as such and the pack got dried within 10-15 minutes.
Later I gently rubbed it a bit and realized that it can be used as an exfoliator too and after washing my skin felt smooth and there was this brightening effect that too in just one usage. Now use it after every 2-3 day and it has become part of my cleansing regime because of its ability to fight sun damage and premature ageing. Also I have noticed that my acne mark vanished after 3-4 usage of this pack.
This pack is kind of a multitasking product and one tub will easily last 3 months if you are regular with it. Also, one should not use the pack daily. It’s best to be used on alternate days.
Fragrance: It doesn’t have any strong fragrance beside the typical herbal fragrance which most Ayurvedic or herbal product has.
