Schwarzkopf Osis+ Magic Finish Anti-frizz Shine Serum Review – Everyday while getting ready for college I get the least amount of time to do my hair. Whether I clutch it or make a ponytail, hardly do I comb the full length. I see my friends in neatly done hairstyle and keep wondering from where do they get time to do it or am I the only one whom God has given least patience with regards to doing hair. What can be better than a hair serum for a creature like me? Keep reading to know more.
About Schwarzkopf Osis+ Magic Finish Anti-frizz Shine Serum:
Magic Anti-frizz shine serum-Finish
- instant shine
- smooth silky touch
- Â light hold and separation
- Washes out easily
Ingredients: Dimethicone, Cyclomethicone, Aqua (Water/Eau), Glycerin, Isopropyl Palmitate, Dimethiconol, Sodium Laureth-6, Carboxylate, PPG-5-Cereth-20, Phenoxyethanol, Parfum (Fragrance), Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Benzoate, Mica, CI77891 (titanium Dioxide), Sodium Chloride, Limonene, Linalool, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Benzyl Salicylate
Smell and consistency: Like most hair serums it has cologne like smell, how I wish they introduce floral fragrances in hair serums. However, once sprayed the smell stays on but it becomes very mild. It has a soft gel like consistency and thus needs to be sprayed on palms and then applied on hair.
Packaging: It comes packed in a pump bottle that makes application easy and also prevents unnecessary wastage of product. The bottle is sturdy enough to be carried everywhere without any worries
My take on Schwarzkopf Osis+ Magic Finish Anti-frizz Shine Serum:
I am a sucker for good hair care products because somehow I want to save my hair from further thinning from the violence created by me while detangling them. Initially I did not try serums because people said that they damage hair permanently. Little did I know that serum is more of a hair saving product than a styler. Later on I thought till the product does not reach my scalp ,it would not create damage and that is how my journey with hair serums started. At times I style my hair too and that is when I use Schwarzkopf Osis Magic Serum and love its effects to the core.
I apply it right after using straightening tool and set it like that. A very little amount is required for middle length hair, thus one bottle lasts ages. At times I spray a little on my palms and apply it on places where I want a nice hold like on puffs and all. As claimed it is extremely good for light hold and the tresses look shiny too. Being anti-Frizz serum it takes care of my frizzy tresses to a great extent and even after a long party my hair is in place.
So basically it is an excellent serum that calms down frizz and holds hair nicely. If someone wants a finishing spray that imparts shine to hair then this is for them. However as an everyday hair detangler this is average but not great. I am looking to using other products of this range as this is just the first one in the whole range.
Summing it up:
What I like about Schwarzkopf Osis+ Magic Finish Anti-frizz Shine Serum:
- Has a nice hold
- Imparts shine
- Keeps frizz at bay
- Pump bottle
- A little goes a long way
- Not messy at all
- Available at parlors
What I don’t like about Schwarzkopf Osis+ Magic Finish Anti-frizz Shine Serum:
- Average as a hair detangler
- Pricey and that’s all.
Overall verdict: In all this is recommended to girls who desire for a nice hair serum which makes the hair look shiny and keeps it in place really long.
