SebaMed Clear Face Cleansing Foam Review

Have you ever spent your teenage feeling bad for girls with pimples all over their faces and silently thanked the one above for blessing you with problem free skin? Or have people generally complimented you on your skin and your mom made a mental note of blessing you with a black dot to ward away evil eyes?

But has your skin ever reacted so badly for no apparent reason at a reasonable age of 24 thereby making your life a living hell? I went through that in March this year. I have no idea what triggered my adult acne and when all my remedies were declared epic fails, I ran to the derma. I mean, I couldn’t come to terms with the fact that; my once pristine problem free skin had now looked like a little volanic zone. Imagine my trauma. So, the derma generally looked my skin and declared that I had adult acne. I was shattered when she told me I was allergic to the sun. I was asked to stop using every single makeup product I used. In my case it was aloe gel and sunscreen. Lippies went out of the equation, and needless to say I was depressed.

Around this time, that wonderful God sent lady prescibed this – Sebamed Clear Face – Cleansing Foam. This was my treatment product. The price did freak me out a little, but this time around I was in no mood to argue with my heart.

Yeah, we just got done with the introduction. Thre review begins now.

About SebaMed Clear Face Cleansing Foam

It combats pimples, blackheads and Skin Impurities. It gently deep cleanses the pores. Counteracts te formation of new pimples. Panthenol soothes and regenerates the skin. It also improves complexion.

Sounds too good to be true right? That’s precisely what I thought as well. I wondered how a simple expensive foam can bring back my skin to its original phase.

Lets see how it fared.

  • Packaging: Comes in a regular cylindrical bottle with a pump on top. The packaging is fairly uninteresting but serves the purpose completely.
  • Contents: The bottle contains liquid and on pressing the pump, you get a hand full of foam.
  • How to use it: Pump a bit of the foam onto your palms and gently massage it using upward circular motions. Leave it on for 5mins and then wash off thoroughly.

Yeah, I blended it.

Let’s get to the results now! I used it as directed by my derma twice a day, I used to wash my face with a benzyl peroxide face wash and then use this as treatment. Somewhere down the line I figured that using the product twice a day over a period of time made the sides of my nose excessively dry. I started using it only once a day and it completely sorted out my problems.

I’ve used this foaming face wash for close 3 months now and when I tell you that this is the best thing that has ever happened to my skin. This did what; Rujuta Diwekar did to Kareena Kapoor. First things first, it cleared my skin of my existing pimples, one by one, dried them out and did not fry out my skin.

Number two; it controlled the oiliness on my face and made my skin look visibly brighter.  Please note that am extremely happy about being NC-42 and am very comfortable in my skin, but I wouldn’t reject an offer that claims to brighten my skin. And this did it perfectly.

Number three; it did lighten my scars. Ok, this is not a miracle product, nor was I expecting miracles.

Final Verdict: Just one word – LOVE! I love what the product has done to my face, love how it helped me deal with acne and also love how much it brought me closer to my skin. So much so, that I don’t plan to take it for granted any longer.

Go girls! Go get this one, if you want to do something good to your skin, go for it.

Peace Out!
