Skin care in beginning of summers

Now when summers are unfolding itself some of you might begin to form a oily spot near your nose.The way you start keeping your pull over inside your trunk and get prepared for summer similarly your skin has to be prepared for it accordingly. Your skin gets oily during day time and little dryer during night. It depends upon the type of skin you have.

According to beauty experts during this time air starts losing its moisture and skin becomes dull .Air is polluted because winters is not completely over and summer still has time to come. This makes skin more sensitive and starts reacting quickly to changes which results in dryness, pimples and dull looking skin. Make a daily skin car routine and stick to it. Your skin is as sensitive as you are so before you set out from your house prepare your skin like the way you prepare yourself for work.

If your skin is dull and then you can bring life to your skin by adopting following remedies:-

1. Take 1 tbsp milai(milk creame),add few drops of glycerin ,erandi ka tel(castor oil) and gulab jal(rose essence) into it. Apply this mixture on face, neck and on hands before going to the bed. Wash it off with water in morning. All these ingredients keep the moisture of the skin intact and add moisture if skin requires it.

2.To keep your skin soft and moisturized take almonds (grinded),honey and milai(milk cream) and make a ubtan of this mixture. Apply it twice a week and keep it for half an hour.

3. Take 1/4th cup yogurt, 1tsp honey and 1tbsp milk powder .Mix it up and apply it on your face for 10 minutes. Wash your face with cold water.

4. Orange juice mixed with honey when applied on your face helps oily skin .If a pinch of turmeric powder is added to the mixture and kept for 20 minutes then on can get rid of pimples as well.

5. Grate one carrot and apply it on your face. Keep it for 20 minutes and wash it off with water. Carrot has Vitamin A into it which is very useful in this season for your skin. In fact this remedy can be used in winters as well.

Drink lots of water, eat fresh fruits and vegetables .Walk at least half an hour a day and shield your skin from seasonal threats.
