Tasty and nutritious moong dal salad kitchen tip

You can increase the nutrition and taste of any salad by adding 1 or 2 tbsp of moong dal.Just soak the dal for 4-5 hours and add to any salad of your choice.It adds to the volume of salad and fulfill your protein requirement too.
You can make moong dal salad also by adding few chopped cucumber,tomatoes and onion into the soaked  moong dal.Add some salt and black pepper and squeeze one lemon into it. Moong  dal salad is ready to be served.
