  • How I used  Tea tree blemish gel -I dabbed the gel whenever I saw a spot coming up with the help of its applicator.

What I liked about Body Shop Tea Tree Blemish Gel

  • It has a Sponge applicator, which makes the application very easy.
  • It contains the goodness of tea tree.
  • It smells like tea tree which I like.
  • The tube is small so easy to carry along.

What I did not like about Body Shop Tea Tree Blemish Gel

  • Way too costly. the tube is very small and from inside it’s not so hollow as it looks.
  • It does nothing to the blemishes or acne which was a huge disappointment.
  • I had to put back the brush into the tube after dabbing it on the spot which appeared unhygienic to me.

Verdict : I used it religiously but saw no effect at all. So for me it a loss.

  1. bad…for me BS’s tea tree toner was a dud too. I found Burt’s Bees tea tree blemish stick much better and delivers what it promises

  2. The same friend who got me St.Ives daily dermabrasion etc…and you can find it on as well. FREE shipping worldwide !!

  3. I have been using a tea tree facewash on recommendation by my dermatologist.. It is called Acnemed & it is pretty decent. Try tht – it is cheaper than TBS 🙂

  4. When I saw title of your post I got excited that hopefully there is something that works on blemishes, but it doesn’t, but happy that I didn’t buy it and saved money 😀
I am search of a cream/ gel/ whatever that works on acne scars, which I normally get during those days of the month. Anamika, can you suggest me one?

      • i missed out on the second question..have u tried applying aloevera is soothing and helps small blemishes and acne?

          • if u massage your face with sesame oil of forrest essential before going to bed it will help in reducing try it out..Ashu u can buy forest essential from their website too.

      • No, I haven’t. Sorry, for not being clear in my previous comment.

What I wanted to ask was, I get acne during “those” days of the month and acne scars are left behind on my face, which eventually fade but it takes a really long time. I use aloevera gel regularly everynight, but these acne are inevitable, but what bothers me are the scars that are left behind. 🙁

So, I was wondering if you can suggest me a cream/ gel or anything that helps reducing these scars.
