Tips to curb hunger


When ever you crave for chocolate,sweets or any thing which you will make you feel guilty then here is a solution of this problem.

Food craving last for around 10 minutes or so to pass.I am sure many of us cant wait for those 10 minutes .Best way to curb is to go for 15 minute walk.The walk will not only cut your calories but will curb your cravings as well.

Similarly if you go for aerobics for an hour, helps cut your hunger by lowering levels of ghrelin which is an appetite -stimulator hormone.Also,do not over do exercise .Overdoing exercise increases food craving and of course if you do not exercise at all it will leave you hungriest.
