Whether to drink water while exercising or not

Many people don’t drink water while exercising. Generally the belief is that it will lower down their fat burning process. But it is completely a myth. In fact person should keep oneself hydrated all the time.
Also, one should know how much amount of water you are drinking. Therefore, keep a bottle with you whenever you go the gym. This habit will keep a track of your water intake and keep you hydrated all the time
