When I’m at home, I’m usually in my comfiest clothes, meaning track pants and oversize t shirts or if it’s cold, then one of my husband’s sweaters. But ever since I started taking English classes from home, I’ve started to wear some of my nicer clothes at home and I realize that these can be as comfy as my old lounge wear and yet a million times more stylish.
Here’s what I wore to teach today. Note that unlike my usual winter OOTD I’m not wearing a scarf or sweater, since my house is heated. I’m also not wearing shoes because I’m at home, but I’d probably pair this outfit with my nude oxfords.
T shirt – Kookai, Lyon
Camisole (under t shirt) – Promod, Lyon
Jeans – Gap, Lyon
Necklace – Bijou Brigitte, Lyon
This outfit is perfect for working from home because the pants are comfy and stretchy and the top isn’t tight or uncomfortable. Speaking of this top, isn’t it fab? I bought it on the first day of the winter sales. I love the cream lace, the metallic golden stripes and the military-ish buttons on the shoulders. It was a total impulse purchase, but I’m sure I will never regret it!
What do you think of this OOTD? Would you like to see more of my ‘working from home’ outfits? Do let me know in the comments!
